Karat guide
Karat tells you how much of a piece is pure gold. The higher the number, the more gold it contains, and the softer and more yellow it gets. Every piece and bar in our shop lists its karat, so you always know what you're buying.

Common questions
Is your jewelry plated?
No. Everything we sell is solid karat gold, and the karat on the listing is the karat you receive.
Which karat should I choose for a ring?
For a ring you'll wear every day, 18K is the safest choice because it resists scratches and dents best. 21K and 22K rings are beautiful too, they just need a bit more care.
Why does 24K look more orange?
Pure gold has a deep, warm color. Lower karats mix in other metals, which lighten the color and add strength.
How do I care for my gold?
Take it off for the gym, swimming and cleaning. Wash it in warm water with a little mild soap, dry it with a soft cloth, and store pieces separately so they don't scratch each other.
Are gold bars an investment?
A bar is a physical piece of gold with its weight and karat listed. Gold prices go up and down, and we can't predict where they'll go, so we don't give investment advice.
